Thank you for your interest in the Crossings Center for your wedding celebration! With both indoor and outdoor options, both capable of seating 300 or more guests, you can be confident that your family, friends and guests will have the time of their life. Created from a historic farmstead on 18 acres in the heart of Lewiston, The Crossings Center offers an abundant amount of space and amenities to create your perfect celebration! An old barn complete with silos, grain bin gazebo and corn crib look out over an orchard, vineyard, gardens and a greenhouse that boasts a nightly light show. A playground, yard games, disc golf course and available wagon rides and bonfire will keep your guests of all ages entertained and enchanted.

Basic Wedding Package

• 24-hour exclusive use of 18 acre property
• Use of all indoor/outdoor spaces, orchard and vineyard
• Use of kitchen space, refrigerators, and freezers
• Onsite Crossings Center staff event liaison/concierge
• Use of tables and chairs (72” round & 96” rectangle tables – white folding chairs)
• Portable bathrooms around property / handwash stations and sanitizers
• Closed-circuit video system use for slideshows, videos, and special messaging
• WIFI service throughout property
• Outside food caterers allowed
Additional Options
• Upgrade to 48-hour exclusive use of property +$1,000
(10:00am morning prior to event to 10:00am morning after event / groom’s dinner, rehearsal, additional
setup and cleanup time)
• Bar Service* (must be purchased if you wish to serve alcohol – see next section.)
• Parking attendant / golf cart shuttle service +$100
• Whole Home Bridal Suite (Amelia’s Place 140 S Fremont St - adjoining CC) ($120-$240/night)
• DJ Sound/light Equipment +$500

Bar Service

House Selection of (11) draft beers, (4) Wine, Seltzers, and Bartesian Cocktails.

Purchase kegs and/or wine to provide an “open bar” period and allow guests to purchase other bar offerings at house prices.
Both options include:
• 2 Bartenders
• Refrigeration and tap system
• Glassware for beer, seltzer and wine
• Assortment of non-alcoholic beverages (pop, water, etc) served from bar ($1/item)

EVENT STAFF
We are all about family and when you choose the Crossings Center for your celebration, we consider you one of our family and work with you closely to make sure your wedding is everything you have dreamed of and more. The following staff will be available:
• Wedding coordinator throughout the wedding-planning process (2 meetings)
• Pre-wedding - grounds-keepers, set-up crew
• Wedding day - security, parking attendants
• Post-wedding - clean-up and take-down crew
CATERING POLICY
Crossings Center does not provide food services beyond wood-fired pizza. Wedding party may contract any licensed caterer.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The Crossings Center follows all health and safety guidelines/restrictions established by the Minnesota Department of Health at the time of your event. We will keep you informed of all such matters throughout the planning process.
TERMS
$500 deposit required at time of booking 50% due 6 months prior to event, balance due one week before event. Deposit refundable up to 6 months before event.
